How do I track my order?
You can track your order by using the tracking number provided to you through email when your product shipped.
What are your delivery options?
All packages will be shipped UPS Ground prepaid and add unless a customer UPS account is given prior or during order placement.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes. We ship worldwide.
What is your returns policy?
All orders will be prepay and add until otherwise specified. Returns of unused products will be valid 60 days from purchase date.
It is the buyer's responsibility to purchase a return shipping label and coordinate return shipping logistics with the carrier.

Please note: All returns are subject to a Restocking Fee of 25%, and shipping fees are nonrefundable.
How can I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, please email us at sales@unitedtankparts.com
We will make every attempt to cancel. An email will be sent to you to let you know of your cancellation.
If your order is not cancelled in time, we would be happy to exchange your product, or issue a return once shipped back to us.
